BUT.......
We are creating a new venue on our own property which will have a small shop. We are opening a bicyclists VRBO/AirBnB at our home in the Smokies and placing a separate buiding there with a small shop to service guests with rental bikes/trikes and will also be selling to customers by appointment only. We have a 1.5 mile mountain loop which has almost zero traffic on it (as in like a handful of cars per day).
